The Peak

After Ocean Park, every1 of us went back to the Hotel... and once again... the kids gotta rest~

But i'm not going to waste the pecious time there... so i got a couple of my uncles to go to The Peak! and Lan Gui Fang after that...

A few pictures i got from the Buildings in Zhong Huan... nice architecture...

The tram up The Peak is amazing! 45degrees upwards and you can feel the pressure on your back... The Peak is actually a shopping mall built on a very high mountain.. -_- and there you have the Madame Thussand Wax Museum... we didn't enter cause it's too late... so we only went up for the view... You have to buy a ticket for entry to the rooftop -.-|| It was nice... COLD but nice... you can overlook all the buildings @ Zhong Huan... take a look...




After which we made our way to Lan Gui Fang... supposingly to be the night spot for HongKong... but a few people have already warned me not to get too optimistic as it's not very fun. And indeed it is... not fun! It's smaller then Clarke Quay i suppose... and most people there are ANG MOHS! I want HK girls!!! haha! So.. nothing much there... we just settled down @ a random pub and had some drinks...

And that ends the 2nd day for me...
Next up... DISNEYLAND!!!!!!! ^^

Ocean Park!

Day 2~

Ocean Park!!! I was so looking forward to the roller coaster rides!!!!!!!!!


P.S. I don't know this girl in the picture... she's just in my way!




WooT~ I'm a dare devil!!! I have alittle height phobia... so it's like... "ooo so high... *gulp*" keKe!
I have alot of pictures from their shark aquarium, jelly fish aquarium and the BIG aquarium! So i'm just gonna post some nice 1s...
Let's start off with sharks!



The escalator is moving too fast for any nice shots.. so eventually i only got these 2 good 1s... but their shark aquarium is just so so... onli...

Now onwards to the rides!!!!!

There's only 3 exciting rides... IMO. The Mine Train, The Dragon and The Abyss!
Mine Train - Normal roller coaster... i had a GREAT snapshot from the ride... was looking for the camera throughout the ride... and pose just nicely for the snapshot! HAHA! I'll try to post it...

The Dragon - 3 upside-down turn roller coaster... boring IMO... not enough rush!

The Abyss - Free fall from high point... the height was... *shudders*! But the fall was slow... FAIL!

So that wraps up Ocean Park... didn't get to finish the whole park as we're short of time. Had other programs in the evening...

FYI, Ocean Park is built on a mountain... so there's a LONG STRETCH of escalators going up and coming down... alternatively... you can take the cable car. In our case, we went up escalating... and came down cable car-ing... SCARY!

Wo Hui Lai Le~~

I'm back from HongKong!

Not bad a trip... it was better then what i initially expect.
Touched down 1030H @ HongKong International Airport. Transport picked us and took us to our Hotel at Yau Ma Tei, YMCA International House. Checked in and went to look for food! We settled down @ a small foodhouse by the streets...


and we had these...

It's curry fishballs and wanton mee~~

After that most of them went back to the Hotel to rest... REST! WTF waste of time... haha! But my elder uncle and his wife decided to go shopping... and i decided to tag along... We went to the "Huang Da Xian" temple... and these are what i got...

This is the place where ALOT of people kneel and pray for dunno what...

and this is the wishing pond... those are coins in the pond...


It's a good place to see if you ever go... kinda interesting to see so many people walking around with joss sticks(a big bunch especially!) and kneeling around...

We departed after a short while and headed for Jian Sha Zui... nothing much there actually... had some desserts @ a place call "Xu Liu Shan". Went to look for a toilet... and came across this...

What a grand Pizza Hut huh...?





And then i got this too...

It was infront of me while i was wee-ing... couldn't resist the temptation to snap it... keke~

The resting gang came to meet us there. Didn't linger around there too long... we headed to Nu Ren Jie next~

Kinda boring... nothing much to shop... and i'm tired... Glenda(my niece) sticking to me... she got bored and tired... i gotta piggyback her... which makes me even more tired! Disappointed in Nu Ren Jie... pfft~ Didn't find what i was looking for as well... CHOU TOUFU! grRr...

Went back to Yau Ma Tei... again... we just look for any place for dinner... and got to this place where their speciality is Roast Goose... I only took 1 picture... guess what's this? ;D




Went back to the Hotel to rest for the day... was shagged out seriously... I only slept 2hrs the day before... @.@

Movie Kaki~

I'm sick of missing the shows that i really wanna watch! So i'm looking for a movie kaki here and now... I can watch almost any shows except Chinese lame shows and local shows!
