I am Legend... not as spectacular as i expect it to be... *sigh*

Anyways... i went to catch it at Vivo last evening after work. GOLD CLASS! 25bucks to get in there! Thanks to Mel... we got it for 15bucks...
Lemme touch on Gold Class 1st before going to the show ya? It was really comfortable... BIG sofa with a button-controlled leg rest (the control is to adjust the leverage of the rest to your comfort), a "coffee table" between 2seats and BLANKET!!!!! It was like... comfort all the way... i swear i could sleep there if they allowed me to... it's more comfy then my bed at home~ keke! Before the start of the show, you'll have a menu to order some finger food, burgers and drinks. Of course waiters/waitresses are moving around ushering you. But! I have to say this... why didn't they provide torchlights for the damn menu? I mean... theatre... DARK! How da hell am i supposed to look at the menu? zzz... So anyways... Mel ordered wedges and we were munching through the show.

On to I am Legend. Like i said... not as spectacular as i expected it to be. The ending isn't very good. Some laugh scenes... kinda reminded me of "Cast Away". I only remembered that after Wen Rong mentioned it... Wen Rong is Mel's friend... Oh and Mel is a friend i met in WoW... lol
As you all know... or maybe not all.. keke~ the show is about a man-made virus that turns humans into some creatures that can only live in the dark and Will Smith seems to be immune to that virus and so he's the ONLY human left in New York City. Determined to find a cure for the virus, he gathered herbs and experimented with the cure while trying to survive the night. Too little action too little gore in my opinion, and the ending really kinda suck. Overall i'd rate it 5/10... JUST PASSED!

Next up! Alien vs Predator 2! It's gonna suck! But i'm an Alien fan... also a predator 1... so i'm going for it! Try out Gold Class sometime if you think you can afford 25bucks and the show is definitely nice. It's worth a go ^^

Post Xmas~ Pre New Yr!!!

Been too busy to post lately... Due to xmas shoppings and holidays!!! Btw, i don't post at home... only at work =X

Anyways... How's xmas for every1? Fun? Well for me... it's SUPERB!!!!! Well spent xmas! I'd say this is by far the best xmas in my 24yrs of life... keke! I will post about it after i receive some pictures from Peishan... but i cannot upload too much because our pictures are kinda "exposed" due to our theme... EROTIC XXX-mas~ we'll see about it when i get the pictures ya? ^^

Upcoming! New year!!! It has always been quiet during new yr for my group. Mostly cause we spent alot on xmas, so we try to cut down on new yr and so we quietly pass new yr most of the time to save up for CHINESE NEW YR!!!! Last year we counted down @ BUKIT BATOK CC~~ OMG! It's like we met up at Westmall for i don't remember wat. And then we saw a small crowd opposite the road and checked it out... it was a count down "party" there!!! And so we counted down with them... WHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Another someone says how come i didn't mention about her in my posts... well actually i did... just a short phrase though...

Well anyways... ladies and gentlemen~~ today... i wanna introduce you peeps someone from my previous company. She's pretty, talkative, outgoing and helpful! Her name is Evelyn... or in another case... LCY '07. HAHAHAHA!

I only started to get to know her when i was about to leave the company sometime July this year... don't ask me how come only after when i'm about to leave the company... i don't know as it just happens that way. After i left the company we kinda kept in contact and sometimes go out on dates... hee~ ok lar... not dates... later her bf come kill me...

She also said how come i never mentioned about us going for dinnner at Lau Pa Sha... well because i only post on more recent events... very few very old history if you guys noticed. If i am to post everything that was interesting in my life... i think i don't need to work in office... reach home don't need to play WoW... become a no-life blogger le... haha!

So.. i guess that wraps up the introduction... Evelyn... ke yi mahz? Wo de jie shao hai bu cuo ba? hur hur~

My Weekend~

WooOo~ what a tiring weekend i had...
Friday was the normal WoW till late... not really very late lar... till 12++ then i stopped to watch 1 Chapter of Heroes... BUT! as usual~~ i can't stop myself once i started... in the end i finished the whole season 1 and ended up sleeping at 3am.

The ending wasn't very spectacular... not enough action between Peter and Sylar... =( and the ending is kinda contradicting... why would they decide on doing that instead of the initial plan? haiz~

And then came Saturday. I'm supposed to meet my inside friends in the evening as we usually do on sat. It was planned to have us all meet up and draw lots to see who shall buy whose xmas pressie~ but... only a handful of us met up... the more usual lot... Shunxian, Lisa, Peishan and me. And then Kow's girlfriend spotted us while we were waiting for the girls. We asked her if she was supposed to meet us? She said Kow never mentioned anything about meeting us... -_-
Well anyway since they're there... we went for dinner together and then we drew our lots 1st. It was supposed to be a secret and not tell any1 who we're buying for. But Kow and his girlfriend just spit out the names.. DANG! My pick was - at 1st i thought - a difficult 1, but when i was doing the shopping yesterday... it was rather easy... infact! i think i got the easiest 1... whahaha~

We catched "The Warlords" at midnight. I went into the show without any expectations (i've learnt very long ago to NEVER expect anything out of a chinese movie, coz they NEVER fail to disappoint me!) and turn out quite ok for me and meow. But if you went in with expectations... i dun think it'll be that good.

Sunday! XMAS SHOPPING!
Wasn't a mistake to go Bugis! I think Bugis has much more stuffs to buy then the WHOLE of Orchard. I won't elaborate on where i shopped and what i bought coz i still have a secret to hold... =X but overall i spent about 180 in total~ hur hur!

My shammy finally hit lv30! Windfury Weapon FTW!!! I'm doing MAD DPS NOW! Woo~~~ i wanna be 40 asap to dual wield ;D

Indonesia Part II

I forgot to bring my cable to work again... but i'll go ahead with this post and edit the pictures later ya?

I arrived Jakarta Airport 4th Dec. Daniel(my colleague n QC master) suggested i try to travel on my own to Bandung from Jakarta... and so i did. It was rather easy... there's a counter infront of mcdonalds which sells tickets for a direct coach ride into Bandung... stopping at Bandung Supermal a.k.a BSM. If you peeps wanna correct my spelling on Supermal... don't it is spelled with 1 L in Bandung... not 2 Ls... haha! And so i boarded the coach and the ride was 3 fucking long hrs. My butt hurts from the damn ride... i slept through most of the journey, spent only maybe 30mins reading 1 chapter of the book i'm reading now... "The Knights of Black and White" - will introduce the book another time.

And so i met up with Daniel at BSM. Went to buy some neccesities and off we go back to "Hotel" Leading - thats what Daniel calls the Dormitory for factory Leading Garment. I went to my room & settled down abit... then head straight for the inspection room and my work starts... it's about 1630 local time... which is 1730 sg time. They are 1hr behind us.

Then my 2nd day starts... It's Wednesday by the way... and we head straight to another factory in the morning planning to come back in the evening to continue with Leading's inspection. Nothing much happened that day... just that i had 2 mcChicken for lunch... haha! And then came news about Leading wasn't able to finish their production in time for our inspection... that they will only be able to finish it the next day... So we had a clash on Thursday as we planned to head for Jakarta on Thursday. So Daniel suggested i stay in Leading while he goes to Jakarta for inspection and... TADA~~~ my 1st own inspection!

Before i head towards my 1st inspection... lemme go to my dinner on Wednesday night... well, my 2nd dinner to be exact. My Aunt (if i have not mentioned... my aunt is my boss) came down to Indon for factory visits, and Leading was her last stop that night and asked me if i wanna go dine with her. Daniel was still doing the inspection on the last style and he had to leave very early next morning... so he didn't want to go... so asked me go on ahead. So i went along... with my aunt, Liz(a boss from another factory) and Novike(our ex-Indon rep QC). We went to Sushi-Tei - i've never been to Sushi-Tei before... not even in sg - and Liz was ordering SO MUCH FOOD! I told them i won't be eating much as this is my 2nd dinner (my 1st was at the Dorm) but still... Anyways i feel like a rubbish bin that night. Liz keep stuffing my plate with food they can't finish -_-" Well anyways... sushi! you know... nothing much to say about it. So after dinner, Liz was sending my aunt back to her hotel... which is in the opposite direction from Leading. So i suggested i'll take a cab... but in Indon, cab is not as safe as sg is... even if it's not dangerous... the cab driver will cheat non-local's $$ by taking stupid long paths. So anyways... from what i know... there're 2 reputable taxi companies in Indon... Blue Bird & Silver Bird. Then Liz offered to gimme a ride from the restaurant to the hotel my aunt stays and "shop" for cabs on the way. That's so funny... you know... "shopping" for cabs... haha. Then we saw a Blue Bird cab by the road... and so Novike offered to "negotiate" with the driver before i hop on. She's like a da jie lar... she came back and told me to just pay the driver rp35,000, he won't run on meter. So i said ok~ I reached "Hotel" Leading shortly after and i paid the driver rp40,000. rp5000 isn't really much so it's ok. And my day ends there.

The langguage really is a barrier for me... I'm learning abit by abit... and i can count 1 to 10 in Indonesian... well it's the same as Malay... whahaha! But i found out the previous night when Novike told me Indonesian & Malay actually differs quite abit. And so i went ahead with my inspection. I have 3 styles to look at before i rush for the last train outta Bandung... bound for Jakarta at 1830. I practically rushed through the inspection (because it was rather well done) and then the damn Merchandisers told me there's 1 more style last minute! grr... but even so i managed to finish it and rushed to the train station to catch my 3hr train ride to Jakarta. This time i did not sleep through the ride... I spent half the time reading my book... hur hur.

Once again... Daniel met up with me at Gambir station in Jakarta... he suggested to grab a bite before returning to the hotel and of course i'm more then willing to grab that bite! We settled down at a chinese restaurant "Imperial Chef" and ordered a few small dishes. I had Beef noodles and Daniel had Fishball Porridge haha... we also ordered some side dishes... and it's so amazing... i found strawberries on top of "Ko Lo Yoke". And the ko lo yoke actually has some taste of strawberry with it... its nice! We then went back to the hotel... nice big room with 2 beds. I just showered and hit the sack straight away.

Friday is relaxing... we checked out after breakfast and went down to the last factory straightaway. Nothing much there and Daniel brought forward our flight back to sg. We were supposed to take the 2200 flight... but brought it forward to 1630 ( i was so damn happy =X ).
Before we left for airport, we stopped by a small shopping centre for some light lunch. Guess what i saw there... TAMIYA TRACK! For those who don't know whats a Tamiya... NI MEI YOU TONG NIAN!!!!! Tamiya are battery operated "racing" cars... you have to put them together yourself and there're actually different grades of motor... I remembered i had about 3-4 of them when i was young. And i believe we don't have that kind of track in sg anymore... i took a picture of it... will post it sometime later ya?

Once again... i slept through the 2hrs journey from the shopping centre to the airport. I woke up once to took a picture of the transmission cables running throughout the whole country... THAT is 1 thing you'll never see in sg... not even when i was young. So i'll post the picture sometime later again ;D Rest of the story is just we flew back to sg... got xianjie a Black Label and headed home for WOW!!!!! ;D

Thats all about the work and days i had there... you think i'm done here? Well... think again! Haha~ i wanna describe some stuffs i observed again in Indon. I saw a dead animal on my way to Bandung from Jakarta the 1st day... Might be a dog or a young sheep... i don't know... too fast to take a good look... such a poor thing =( I wonder what will happen to the freelance traffic controllers i mentioned before... if someone was to set up something like LTA there... installing traffic lights & such... WHAHAHAHA!

I once said i would not dare to drive in Indon... well i take that back... infact if i'm given a chance to... i will! It's a good place to practice my clutching... cause of the traffic there... you have to go at slow speed and oftenly got to stop here and there. 1 thing i observed from their traffic is... the right of way is given to the vehicles turning out instead of the vehicles which are already on the road... meaning da lu rang xiao lu. And then you see a family of 4... or sometimes 5 riding a small motorcycle... goodness 1 child infront of the dad, 2 behind him and the mum at the back! Another thing i observed was the bikers there... the younger 1s that is... wore racing helm with mirror coated visor then riding a SUPRA!!!!! haha... so buey ta lar!

I hope no1 allowed me to drive in Indon... i'm already reckless enough to learn to be more reckless! Ok lar.. i'm not that reckless... you can ask the people who have been my passengers before... just don't ask Evelyn... somehow i think she'll say i'm reckless!

Alright alright... i'm gonna stop here... i'll make another post if i discovered i missed out anything. Long eh? any1 doze off while reading? Let me know on the tagbox WHAHAHA!

Heroes!

ARRGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANNA WATCH HEROES!!!!

I slept at 2am last night... coz i can't stop watching Heroes! I bought the DvD for Season 1... DUDES & DUDETTES!!! If you have not started to watch Heroes on Ch5 every monday 10pm yet! YOU REALLY SHOULD! It's so freaking nice... as good as or maybe even better then Prison Break... OMG!

Surprisingly i don't feel tired today... weird huh? I said i would post about Indon today... but i forgot to bring my cable to connect my handphone to the pc as there're a couple of pictures in there... so i will postphone the post to tmr... ^^

Well now... i'm just gonna go back to work... AND I'M FINALLY NOT FLYING TO INDON THIS WEEK ANYMORE!!!!! NEITHER DO I HAVE TO NEXT WEEK!!!! WooT~ ;D

I miss my WoW... i miss my office desk... i miss geylang... oops! The food in geylang that is... and i certainly miss....

Monday Blues

I'm back from my Textile course... Back to work... *shrugs*

I'll be in office today... and then off to Indon i go~ Not really looking forward to it, but i'll just have to attune my mind this way "1 day in Indon allowance S$30, while i dun have to spend a single cent there! If i come back on Friday... It'll be 30x4 = S$120!" hur hur

So... from my previous trip.. i got $150 + $120 = $270! WoOt~ quite alot IMO... =X
Gonna buy a new sound system for my PC as the 1 i have is "going up the lorry" very soon.. haiz~

We celebrated shunxian's brithday on friday. Not really very happening... just went for dinner at Suntec's "San Dong Liang Jian" and then back to our "base camp" Westmall for Movie. We got to meet xianjie's new girlfriend... she looks much better then the 1st time we saw her during xianjie's birthday (wasn't his girlfriend yet that time). I wasn't really in the mood that day as i have some disturbing issues on thurs night... but still i never fail smile while i'm with them. What show did we watched? "HERO" lucky i watched the TV Series a couple weeks before haha. The rest were like... "WTH! no head no tail..." But still it was not very nice as it was only looking for evidence to prosecute the accused. Ratings 1/5 Stars =X

We should've watched "The Kingdom"!!! Why didn't we? It was funny. While we're deciding what to watch at the ticket booth, a few "kiao tors" were there too... they were deciding between "The Kingdom" & "Hitman" about the same as us... but we have "HERO" in the list too.. So i told shunxian... whatever the kiao tors choose... we choose the other. Then we were waiting.. stalking them around the booth waiting for their decisions... But it took too long! And shunxian decided to go wih "HERO"... atleast we know they wont be watching that! WHAHAHAHAHAHA~~~ We had a very bad experience with kiao tors when we watched "The Hills Have Eyes 2" 1 whole big groups of kiao tor bikers came into the theatre!!! it was FUCKING NOISY as they came in... i never really give a headcount... but nothing less then 50 of them for sure! And throughout the show, they were like 1 big bunch of "can't stop making noise" idiots! Ok... enough ranting from me =X

I'm so looking forward to Xmas!!! Can't wait! ;D I think i've written enough here... Might post again later if i have time... hur hur... ciao~

WoW is down for maintenance an hr!!! So lets take this hr to do a post ya?

Today's the start of my 3 full days Textile course... thank god the lecturer ain't Lesley Ho. She took our class for Textile during Applied Apparel Merchandising course... and boy... i wonder how i survived it! My lecturer today was Doreen... a much better lecturer... at least i didn't fell asleep! haha... though i must admit i NEARLY doze off...

I'm so happy i can identify the more common fabrics now... oh yea! 2 more full days to go... hope i can learn even more & avoid falling asleep ;D

Back to WoW... WTF IS WRONG WITH BLIZZARD! They had a extended maintenance last night! And now a 1 hr down time? For fuck sake i was in ST trying to get my quests done!!! *ROAR*!!!!! Hi Blim... guess you'll be reading this ya? hur hur

I just finished reading "The High Lord" last night. Well... i would say i have expected the ending... it was quite easy to guess. Nonetheless, it's a very good book... was so exciting the last few chapters~ kinda hard to get to sleep without finishing it... keke.

I'm gonna go watch some anime & head back to WoW. Till next time~ *waves*

Indonesia

As some of you peeps know... I've been to Indonesia last week on a business trip. Here's what i have to share~

It's my 1st time to Bandung, and i didn't really go to the residential area, mostly i'm around the industrial areas and the living condition there is very bad. The people there would do anything to earn a living... there are so many freelance traffic controllers at junctions stopping the oncoming vehicles for you, so that you can make a turn out from the junction & you may or may not tip the freelance traffic controller.And then there are "street performers" at the traffic lights. They are kids aged from 6yrs to 15yrs i believe... who stood by the traffic lights as the vehicles stopped at the red lights...they would approach the vehicles with guitars and offer to so-call sing the drivers & passengers a song. And you gotta tip them if you actually allow them to "entertain" you. So get ready lotsa small change if you ever goes to Indon so you can tip anywhere anytime... It's a world of tipping!!! haha~

Sometimes i really wonder... Is there really no job openings for the population there? Or are they just too fucking lazy to get a proper job? Sorry... I'm abit of a racist towards malays =X Maybe the Gov't should do something instead of just accepting bribes and under-table $$ here and there ya? I'm actually glad S'pore Gov't is doing something to help out the jobless here in S'pore... ^^

I didn't stay at a hotel, i was staying at the factory's mess. The room was ok, the bathroom is good enough... BUT! the damn dogs are ...... My room was on the second storey and the dogs are just beside my room on the ground floor and there's 5 stupid noisy dogs. They bark at anything and everything. On my 1st night, i was really having difficulties falling asleep due to the dogs, the highway opposite the mess even though i was worn out by the travelling from SG to Indon. The dogs actually HOWLED in the middle of the night... scaring the hell outta me and i had to hide under my blanket the whole night. Next morning when i woke up... i found myself suffering from shoulder ache. Obviously my position of sleeping is uncomfortable through out the damn night. And the ache followed me through the whole week *sigh* I got used to the howling subsequently and slept through the nights for the rest of the week.

I seriously recommend female drivers to take their TP in Indon. If you can drive there... you can drive anywhere!!! Except maybe Thailand =X Imagine this... driving on the highway of Indon at a speed of 100KM/Hr... some1 comes up behind you at a speed of 120KM/Hr... you're blocking his way... and he'll horn the hell outta you till you give way to him. Well... it's a 2-lane highway, so slower vehicles are expected to drive on the 2nd lane as the 1st lane is for SPEEDERS! But... being horned at when running on 100KM/Hr? If it's SG... i would wind down my window and show the vehicle behind my middle finger! Haha~ I wouldn't dare drive in Indon (i think).

The work there is tough... I will not elaborate it much, just a short phrase will do. Long working hrs, working late into the night, waking up early and long travelling time from 1 factory to the other. And i think the factories hate inspectors so much... they deliberately spoil the air-conditioner in the inspection room!!! Almost all factories' air-conditioner is not working well!!! grr...

Well... I'll be going there again next week. I'll bring along a camera this time i hope, so i can post some pictures for you peeps. Cya~

There's a total of 3 books - The Magician's Guild, The Novice & The Highlord - is about magicians(duh). It starts of as a young girl named Sonea who developed her powers naturally in a purge(an event to drive beggars and thieves out of the City of Imardin). And because the law states that ALL magicians must be trained by the Magician's Guild and a Rogue Magician(not a Guild Magician) is considered dangerous, the Guild started to hunt for Sonea as she turns to the Thieves for help to hide her away from the Guild and the story goes on...

It is by far the best book i've come by(though i only started reading recently). I believe people who like Harry Potter will definitely like this. So what are you waiting for?? GET YOUR HANDS ON THEM!

Lisa is hoping that some1 would produce this book into a movie. Man that would be cool... I can almost picture how will it look like on the big screen. *Droolz*

INTRODUCTION!!!
This is gonna be a long post as I'll be introducing myself and people around me... so please bear with my boring life story hur hur~

So... I guess I should start with... I'm 24yrs old - 1983 August 25th(please every1 remember this date so i can get more presents and ang bao every year ^^) - Male working as an Asst. Merchandiser(for now) @ Besmark Merchandising Pte Ltd. I love gaming, but not as freaky as before anymore and I am only on WoW(World of Warcraft) now. Some says i'm flirt... but I think I'm just being open hee ^^ I enjoy company of girls... HAHAHA! I just started reading recently and I love the book I'm reading now which i will introduce to you peeps in my upcoming posts... so STAY TUNE!

Music!!!!! is like 50% of my life. I can't possibly live without music and CLASS95 ROXOR!!!! I love singing too! KTV!!! But it's gotten too expensive recently and I have no duet kaki recently... Off goes CLMX~ so yea... any1 wanna go KTV?? CALL ME!

Clubbing... bored already lar... but I still love MAMBO!!! *dances mambo* haha~ But recently... no kaki again anymore... Off goes CLMX again~ and because only Zouk's mambo night is enjoyable... it's only on Wednesday... so yea... hard to come by a thursday holiday ya?

World of Warcraft! For those who doesn't knows wats WoW... Its an online game by the company Blizzard and has above 8 million players worldwide(i think) and its the MMORPG(Massive Multi Online Role Playing Game) for Warcraft. I'm a Warcraft fan since Warcraft I which is a strategic game(those build buildings, train armies then go whack other players 1) and so I started WoW after I have no idea what to play ^^

And then... last and most importantly... My family! I'll not go on for now but I might someday ^^

Hi peeps~ This is the 1st time I'm blogging. WooT!

Well, I got kinda bored in office, so I decided to do some blogging so I can occupy some time ^^
I'll do some introductions of myself in the next post, and i'll be posting stuffs on my daily life(which would be quite boring i suppose) and quite alot on WoW(World of Warcraft) I believe. Heh.

I'll try to keep a consistant weekly update if possible. I'm sure I'll have alot to post at 1st, but as time goes by... who knows? ;D
