Monks...

Hmm... some1 correct me if i'm wrong... weren't MONKS supposed to be sworn to POVERTY!?

Our lunch topic today was about the Ren Ci Hospital case... and it eventually led us to the monks driving what cars... And so i was saying... "i thought monks are suppose to be sworn to poverty? How come they got car?" And 1 of my colleague even says her catholic church's monks even have red wines and meats every week!!!

WTF? Haha... i have nothing against Monks... don't get me wrong... just wanna get the facts straight. Infact, my aunt says they run the temple like a business now... =.= Maybe i should go be a monk....
